Rajaniti is the policy guideline by which a country is to be governed. According the Smriti texts, the major literature which describe rajaniti, a King doesn’t have any divine freewill and country is not his personnel property, though he manages it. King, Council of Ministers, Sabha, Samiti and Local Governing Bodies are all different constituents to ensure rajaniti.
