Spanda karika is also called as Spanda Sutra. The actual writer of the work is not known, but many think that it can be Vasu gupta or his disciple Kallata. Spanda Karika elaborate the principle laid down in the Siva Sutra. Kshemaraja has written a commentary on this work

Veda

Spanda Karika work on the principle that the devine consciousness is not inert but active-dynamic creative pulsation. The principle are worked out from the point of view of Sakti.
