Sarsvati is mentioned at least in 72 different mantras of Rig Veda. The verses on saraswati is a vast stream of inspiration descending from supreme thoughts to the ocean of our heart.

To tantra Sarsvati is the guptagamini, the secret channel through which the subtle current of spiritual energy flow into sushumna

Purana

There are many sarasvati stotras are found in purana and Ramayana. Devimahatma (Durga saptasahi) has got a separate section for Sarasvati.
