Paila
The Vedic Sage Paila was a deciple of Veda Vyasa. The 4th chapter in 3rd Canto of Vishnu purana tells the story of Paila. Paila was well versed in Rig Veda and Veda Vyasa entrusted him to teach Rig Veda.
