All the Devas. In Veda the word Visvedevah is used as a supplementary reference to represent all Devas after pronouncing few Devas.

In Veda Visvedevah means all the devas. There are several hymns in praise of Visvedevas in Rig Veda.

Purana

Purana consider Visvedevas as some particular Devas. Dharmadeva married ten daughters of Daksa, Visva was one of them. Visvadevas are the sons of Visva.
