Kapalabhati is a technique that stimulate the brain(Kapala) cells. It is breathing by expanding and contracting stomach. Normally, the inhalation is active and exhalation is passive to a man. Kapalabhati is a reverse process of active exhalation and passive inhalation.
Sit comfortably with your spine erect. Exhale with force and pull your navel in back towards the spine. Do as much as you comfortably can. You can keep your hand on the stomach to feel the abdominal muscles contract. As you relax the navel and abdomen, the breath flows into your lungs automatically.
This complete one cycle of Kapalabhati. Repeat the exercise a number of times
