Yoganidra is a form of yogic meditation. The reclining Vishnu over the serpent anantha is called Yoganidra of Vishnu. Ananthasayana of Vishnu also means the same as yoganidra of Vishnu. There are many temples with Vishnu in Yoganidra as the main deity. Sri Padmanabha swami temple of Thiruvanandapuram and Sri Ranganathaswami Temple near Thiruchirapalli are two prominent examples.
