In BG(2.54) Arjuna ask “ sthithaprajnasya ka bhasha ..”, or what are the qualities of a sthithaprajna and how he look like. This is a common problem for the general public in all ages and all places. Common people do not seek spirituality seriously, rather than practicing spirituality they would like to go behind spiritual personalities to get blessings.

To this riddle Krishna explain the qualities of sthithaprajna as, someone who remains calm, content, and balanced, unaffected by life's dualities (pleasure/pain, success/failure) by finding inner satisfaction in the Self (Atman), not external sources, and acting with detachment.

The Genius in Krishna firmly say without any trace doubt that Sthitaprajna is a spiritually realized individual who lives in the world and look same as any other person, but, remains inwardly serene, free from attachment, fear, and anger, embodying true inner stability.
