Sanatana Dharma is an alternative term for Hindu Religion, meaning "eternal law" or "eternal way," and it represents a spiritual culture and philosophy that emphasizes eternal principles like truth, eternal order, Infinite existence (Sathyam, Ritham, Brihad)
The basic ideas of Sanathana Dharma are 𝑀𝑜𝑘𝑠ℎ𝑎, Karma-Rebirth, Brahman as ultimate reality, Vedas are a source of Knowledge, Avathara, infinite number of Gods and divinity in all creation.
Sanathana Dharma is more cultural and a way of life than a set of strict rules and belief. Article 25.2 of Indian constitution define Hindus in a very liberal way that every Indian except those of foreign religion like Islam and Christanity as Hindus.
