Muktikopanishad is a minor Upanishad assigned to Sukla_Yajur_Veda. Muktikopanishad is in the form of conversation between Sri Rama and Hanuman. To the question of what are Veda and Vedanta, Rama answers: Vedanta is latent in Veda and there are 21 recession of Rig_Veda, 109 recession of Yajur_Veda, 1000 recession of sama_Veda and 50 recession of Atherva_Veda exist for the benefit of aspirants. The names of 108 Upanishads and their various classifications are also said in this Upanishad. Various types of moksha or mukti is special to this Upanishad.
