In General

Bhuvah or Bhuvar is one of the three lower world. It is among the great Vyavhritis which is chanted during Gayatri mantra japa. It represents the mid world.

Veda

Veda recognize a Mid-World that exists between Earth and swarga.

Purana

Mid-World(Bhuvah) exists between Earth and Swarga. There are seven regions in Mid-world. They are Atala, Vitala, Sutala, Talatala, Rasatala, Mahatala and Patala. These regions are much more beautiful than earth with its white, black, red and yellow land. It is rich with rubbles, gems and gold.

All the Mid-World regions have beautiful cities and buildings built by Maya, the great architect.
